“The DemoCratic Workplace” Research Paper

The paper was written in order “to approach workplace organization through a ‘participatory strategy’ which is based on the involvement and engagement of the individual human being in the workplace.”

Thank you for the resource. I really like the idea of all people being encouraged to exercise their talents and abilities in the workplace. I’ve found that it makes for much happier, productive and fulfilled employees when we trust them to do what they do well.
